How does delivery work?

We ship worldwide!

Shipping in the UK is £4.95 and currently free for all orders over £100. Orders will arrive within 3-5 days of being placed.

We ship to Europe and orders are expected to arrive within 10 days. Delays are expected during this current time due to Brexit.

All other international shipping is £30 and orders are expected to arrive within 2 weeks.

Please do put in orders a week before you need them, especially for gifts (just to be safe). We pack and send products out within 24 hours of the order being placed but cannot make guarantees on behalf of the Royal Mail. COVID 19 is currently causing some delays with the Royal Mail so please do get your orders in sooner rather than later.

How do returns work?

If you are unhappy with your item we would love to know why so please email us at hello@sundayluxe.co.uk with any feedback.

We will rectify the situation but we also want to constantly improve our products so your feedback is really important to us.

We offer refunds or exchange on full priced items only. If you wish to return an item it must be sent back to us within 14 days of you receiving it, and must be unworn & in the same condition it arrived in and with the tags still attached. We’re unable to refunded or exchanged candles unless faulty and all sale items are final.

Credit notes must be used within 3 months.

How does payment work?

We take online payment via all major credit and debit cards as well as Apple Pay and paypal.

We do not pass any of your details on to 3rd parties and they are kept securely within our security system.

Are the products made in the UK?

Yes, our candles and the clothing label are made right here in the UK as we wanted to be on site in our production house to ensure we were happy with the product and the processes.

It was also important to us to use UK vendors to pump money back into our economy after the coronavirus pandemic.

Are the products vegan / ethically sourced?

Our candles are hand poured and made from eco soy wax, blended with essential oils and premium fragrances for a clean burn. They are completely cruelty free and also free from palm oil, petroleum, phthalate and lead.

Our knitwear items are made from yarn which is certified with the Responsible Wool Standards badge. This guarantees that wool does not come from animals that have been subjected to any unnecessary harm.

Both our candle and knitwear production houses adhere to ethical standards too.

When will new products be available?

New products are always front of mind for us and we would love to grow the collection to incorporate more sizes, colours and designs. We have new product variations being made right now so please subscribe to our newsletter and follow us on instagram (@sundayluxe_) to find out when these will drop.

How will the sizing work for the loungewear sets?

As we are completely self funded there will be limited availability on loungewear sets and the sizes we can make them in. That said, we would love to make the brand as inclusive as possible so as we grow, so will our range of sizes. For this first drop we will be releasing sizes S/M and M/L.

Size S/M will fit a UK 8 - 10

Size M/L will fit a UK 12 - 14

You can of course, size up or down depending on the fit you prefer. The cardigan is designed to be slouchy and loose so please bear in mind when deciding on the size.
