How does delivery work?

We ship worldwide!

Shipping in the UK is £3.95 and currently free for all orders over £100. Orders will arrive within 3-5 days of being placed.

Shipping to Europe is £9.95 and orders are expected to arrive within 10 days. Delays are expected during this current time due to Brexit.

All other international shipping is £30 and orders are expected to arrive within 2 weeks.

Please do put in orders a week before you need them, especially for gifts (just to be safe). We pack and send products out within 24 hours of the order being placed but cannot make guarantees on behalf of the Royal Mail. COVID 19 is currently causing some delays with the Royal Mail so please do get your orders in sooner rather than later.

How do returns work?

All items bought either with a discount code or on sale are final and can’t be returned.

If you wish to exchange an item, you must notify us within 14 days of your request. Please contact us at hello@sundayluxe.co.uk.

For all full priced items, we offer a refund or exchange if you are unhappy with your purchase. If you wish to return an item, it must be sent back to us within 14 days of you receiving it. It must be unworn, in the same condition it arrived in and with the tags still attached. We’re unable to refunded or exchanged candles unless faulty.
